About app crashes in IE8

      FF34 (works normally)

      The about app crashes completely in IE8. Full stacktrace attached. This happens when trying to open the app, it loads for a long time and then results in an error.

      Filed this under UI since the app works fine with Firefox on the same machine/OS.
