As an author, I want to be able to know what each icon means and with easy navigation, so that I can navigate magnolia clearly

Top navigation to be updated globally

• Size changes for top navigation bar and respective buttons
• (Global) Search button will change to be collapsed – but the behaviour "on click" will remain the same as currently – "on click" the user is taken to https://demo.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#suggestions
• The mouse hovering colour has also changed to a lighter grey (and a tooltip appears)
