Top navigation bar hovering behaviour:

• Button turns darker (light-grey-hover)
• And tooltip shows up

For buttons on the left use Bottom LHS tooltip
-8px vertical padding (shape overlay)
8px horizontal padding (shape misalignment)

For buttons on the right use Bottom RHS tooltip
-8px vertical padding (shape overlay)
8px horizontal padding (shape misalignment)

Design note: The only thing that changes in the tooltip is the positioning, and this will vary depending on the area in focus, but always following the same logic of shape overlay and alignment with 8px increment.
