As an author, I want to be able to move from app to app, and I do not need a close app actions to navigate ans switch between apps

• Icon to close app to be removed
• On App Launcher, remove the green dot indicating that an app is opened 

Not closing the app may affect memory performance (check with Performance initiative, and what metrics we need in place to measure if by doing so we will impact performance - so that we can monitor and track)
