Remove unused dependency to Algolia Search Index Feeder

The module is currently declaring dependency to Algolia Search Index Feeder module which is actually not needed.

We need to remove it especially due to the fact that search index feeder module is using Services webhook which is not compatible with PD webhook module embedded by default in DX core since Magnolia 6.2.27
