Dashboard is not reloaded after drag/drop so fast

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  Create a dashboard have 2 charts
      2.  Drag/drop as fast as you can until 1 chart displays two times on the dashboard

      .. Logs, screenshots, gifs...

      Expected results

      Dashboard should auto reload to display 2 different charts.

      Actual results

      Dashboard is not reloaded and 1 chart displays 2 times on the dashboard

      Workaround

      Close the Analytics app and open app again

      Development notes

      This issue had been fixed before from ANALYTICS-211

      May be it happen again after fixing ANALYTICS-245.
