Adapt the license regular expression in order to be compatible with OpenRewrite-created licenses OOTB

      In the scope of MGNLMGMT-1 we realised we should adapt the license regular expression in order for it accept an opening tag meant for a license rather than a Java doc comment. This opening line should be also valid:
