S3 DAM Connector not working on AddOns instance

The S3 connector on our add-ons instance is not working https://author-addons.beta.de.magnolia-cloud.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:dam:s3Browser;/Screenshot--.png::
 
 
Notes * We tried to rebuild the addons webapp and have redeployed it, but the problem persists. In that case, the most likely is some issue going on in the webapp that needs to be reviewed by
