org.openrewrite.maven:rewrite-maven-plugin:5.0.0 and org.openrewrite.recipe:rewrite-recipe-bom:2.0.0 recently appeared on Nexus and we should consider upgrading to them. (Affects PPOM and magnolia-rewrite-recipes).

• There seem to be some backward incompatibly changes since magnolia-rewrite-recipes fails to compile:

• We also need to double check that the refactor bot still works with this upgrade.
