The current forge parent pom includes the following:

     <magnoliaLicenseStyle>generic</magnoliaLicenseStyle>
     <checkstyleHeader>magnolia-build-resources/license-header-ignored.regex</checkstyleHeader>

If we renamed the build resource file license-header-ignored.regex to license-header-generic.regex, the second line above would not be necessary (it's set to <checkstyleHeader>magnolia-build-resources/license-header-${magnoliaLicenseStyle}.regex</checkstyleHeader> in the parent), projects using the forge parent pom could simply redefine the magnoliaLicenseStyle property without having to redefine checkstyleHeader as well.
