MGNLCE-113 was the first time we had to edit all pipelines to introduce a new feature on a subset of them. Rather than do tedious manual work, we figured we could describe which options are associated with each Magnolia version. For instance, dependency analysis with 5.7+.

This can also apply to the jdk parameter which is currently in all pipelines. It should be taken out and be a version-dependent flag. That way when we switch to a new major with a new JDK, all we have to do is edit the value in one place.
