We're currently relying on a cloverLicenseLocation property to point to a Clover license file. Since we're now managing Maven settings via Nexus, it would be one less file to transfer/manage/copy around if we would embed the license directly in settings.xml, as per http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOVER/Troubleshooting+License+problems#TroubleshootingLicenseproblems-Specifyingyourlicenselocationinyour%2F.m2%2Fsettings.xmlfile
