Although we still foresee some level of manual testing (e.g. the Groovy unit tests should be run after a Groovy upgrade), one time-consuming part of bumping a dependency is making sure the UI tests run. This could be achieved by the bot because it's only a matter of building boms, main, UI, CE & dx-core in sequence.

While doing this, we should make sure to not pollute the Maven repositories by either:

• using a temporary version (ticket suffix)
• or staging repos
