Generate list of all security tickets and associated CVEs as part of the release

      When cutting out the release, it would be helpful to also generate list of security tickets included in the release and post it to slack (#security).

      The list should contain following info:

      • ticket ID & Link
      • report/creation date
      • Summary
      • CVE (where available)
