With the transition of the Java EE modules to the Eclipse Foundation the EE modules have been re-released under new Maven coordinates while staying compatible binary wise. In a first step towards upgrading to more recent EE versions we should migrate to the Jakarta artefacts produced by the Eclipse Foundation.
Once done, we could consider solving DEV-2066 by adding the former artefacts to the list of banned dependencies.
