Campaign Browser Slot Column Shows UUID, not Slot Name

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a slot
2. Create a campaign
3. Add a creative to the campaign and assign the new slot

Expected results

The Campaign Browser should show the name of the assigned slot. This is a reasonable assumption based on slots being assigned a name that is used elsewhere.

Actual results

1. The slot's UUID is shown in the column instead of the name. See screenshot.
