Steps to reproduce

1. Create a slot for example banner 
2. Create a creative in the default schedule
3. Add a campaign managed component in a page
4. Use the created slot

Expected results

If no active campaign is there I would expect that the default creative would be used.

Actual results

Actually even if a default creative is created nothing is rendered.

Workaround

A possible workaround would be to create a schedule that is active the whole year. But as we automatically create the default schedule it should be usable.
