When we use the "All Day" switch in the Campaign Manager, the scheduleDateTo is set to <yyyy-mm-dd> 00:00:00. That means that the campaign ends with the first second of the selected date.

Possible workaround:

• Setting the following day instead
• Explicitly setting e.g. 23:59:59 in the manager
• Changing how the end date is saved.
