The subapp "Problems" is greyed out and its grid empty. No problem is ever shown.

To reproduce:

• Create a lightmodule
• Create a page template
• "crush" the template definition by changing the property name `dialog` to `doremi`

The minor problem can be seen immediately in the log-console, but the sub-app "Problems" still doesn't show any problem.

The issue is highly likely related to CFGUI-105 - maybe both ticket are for the one and only and same issue. (Not sure about this)
