Prepare the definitions app for inclusion in product

      apchelintcev has written the "Overview" app to show what definitions are currently in all the registries. This app will be the base of a "Definitions" app with the same purpose.

      In order to prepare for its inclusion in the product, we'll make a couple of changes and adjustments still:

      • we move the buttons as actions to an Action bar
      • we'll visually improve and de-noise the (excellent) filter bar at the top
      • we add an app icons and possibly additional icons as well.

      UPD:
      The list of issues in this Epic is at the moment sorted according to priorities defined in the attached mindmap
