Def app's module collector ignores light modules created

      Intended to be fixed for 6.1 release with https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/MODULES/repos/definitions-app/commits/907a0f65302848475f5c4e0f1bfe25230790283a

      but then accidentally reverted with

      (Kudos to Roman for finding the revert.)

      So both 6.1 and 6.1.1 seem to be affected.

      Example tested in 6.1.1CE:

      The bookshelf module (app) is installed using CLI, the module is listed in the Module column but the collector doesn't see it. It only offers the about-app when I type bo in the Module filter:
