Add additional actions to stories app & change App launcher position

      Add some actions to stories app so that it is consistant with the other main content apps:

      • Move action (for folders and items)
      • Copy action (for folders and items)
      • Paste action (for folders and items)

      Add the YAML export option to the Export action.

      On the AppLauncher - The Stories app should be installed immediately before the Assets app.
