Currently we install the node type definition via workspace registration in articles-app and stories-app. If someone chooses to not install the two latter he will not be able to use the content editor without re-registering the node types himself.

We therefore should install the node types in content editor (via MVH task) so that they will always be available as soon as the module is installed.
