Remove FIXME statements from Stories app definition

      Now that This is fixed (CONTEDIT-148) aka (https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-4279) we should remove the FIXME statements from the stories app YAML.

      For example:

                            # FIXME: Those properties use a deprecated i18n mechanism and thus don't work properly: CONTEDIT-148
#                      buttonSelectNewLabel: stories.editor.link.select.new
#                      buttonSelectOtherLabel: stories.editor.link.select.other
