      Provide the ability to translate content in the Stories app. Provide an officially supported i18n mechanism for the content editor.

      Business benefit: Some partners and clients tried the Stories app but did not start using it because they cannot translate stories. Adding translation capability will boost adoption.

      Before adding this additional functionality, we will migrate the content editor to the new UI framework: CONTEDIT-256.
