Steps to reproduce

In demo author:

1.  Open stories app and edit one of the existing stories
2.  Add a text block and start typing(sometimes the issue happens immediately and sometimes you need to enter a long text)

Or 

1. Edit a tour e.g: https://author-addons.beta.de.magnolia-cloud.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:tours:detail;/magnolia-travels/Vietnam--Tradition-and-Today:edit
2. Add a Tour Types or destination

Expected results

Text is entered correctly

Actual results

Cursor suddenly jumps to the beginning

Development notes

Locally the issue is not reproducible, after investigation in support ticket, it seems that when there's a HTTP error such as ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING or ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR the UI is refreshed and cursor jumps.
