Dynamic input fields that grow in height (for title & lead)

      When you enter a title or a lead text, the text is cut off, if it needs more space than the text input field or text area offers. Ideally, the input fields would grow in height to match the text they contain.

      Alternatively, we could think about a visual element indicating "there is more text" (e.g. using an ellipsis when cutting off text). Ideally, though, all the text entered should always be visible.
