    Description

When a user has written an article, the article can be published from the Articles app. This works independent of whether the article contains a story or only consists of the outline only.

A published article is immediately available on the web at a configurable default location. In particular, there's no need to create a web page first, then link the article.

Note that this issue also depends on stories asking that an article can actually be rendered on the web.

      Goals

      • A new or existing article can be published to the web.
      • The article is available on the web without having to create a page first.
      • A published article changes its status to "published".
      • A new version of the article is created once its published.
