      User stories:

      As an editor, I want to rename a tag. The new name is displayed wherever the tag was applied.

      As an editor, I want to see where a tag is used. Show me all content that is tagged with the selected tag. The usage report helps me remove the tag from all content items when a campaign ends, for instance.
