This is phase 2 for CONTTAGS-10. The goal is to provide a tag usage report for the user, showing where the selected tags is used and letting the user remove the tag from those items.

User stories:

As an editor, I want to see where a tag is used. Show me all content that is tagged with the selected tag. The usage report helps me remove the tag from all content items when a campaign ends, for instance.
