In the "Add tag" and "Rename item" action dialogs

• Remove the "MAIN" title from the dialogs
  
  (The same "MAIN" can be ssen even in the Tours app in the "Add tags" dialog. Probably should be removed even from there.)

• Add "Add tag" and "Rename tag" to the top grey bar of the dialog, repectively.

Also, for consistency, consider renaming the action names as follows:

• Rename item > Rename tag
• Delete item > Delete tag(s)

In the context of the Tag app, items are the things to which tags are applied, not the tags. Cf. the deleteConfirmation micro window.
