Description
User story:
As a user, I want to find tagged items without having to worry about letter case. If an item is tagged with "FOOD" I should be able to find it with "tag:food".
As a user, I want to avoid redundant tags. If an item is already tagged with "FOOD" don't let me create the tag "food". They should be consider the same. I should rather rename the existing tag if I'm worried about spelling consistency.
Acceptance criteria:
- Validate tags regardless of letter case.
- Do not allow tagging an item with "FOOD" if "food" already exists.
- Tag search is case insensitive. Searching for "food" returns items tagged with "food", "FOOD" and "Food".
