User story:

As a user, I want to find tagged items with in-app search. When I search for "food" I should get tours that contain the word "food" but also tours that are tagged with "food".

Acceptance criteria:

• Searching with a normal keyword without the tag: prefix returns results from content and from tags.
• Searching with the tag: prefix returns results from tags only.

Notes:

The tag:<tag name> search syntax is advanced knowledge. We don't expect the average user to know about it.
