React on workspace changes to display newly added tags

      In order to see the tags in the Assets app browser, you need to F5-refresh the browser view.

      In the m5-bridge mode UI, you don't have to do that, the tags appear there after hitting the Save changes button.

      To reproduce:

      1. Install Amazon Rekognition.
      2. Upload an asset into DAM and save it without tags.
      3. Amazon tags the asset but the tags are not displayed in the workbench column.

      Idea:

      • migrate asset app to new UI framework
      • react on workspace changes
