Migrate the UI tests so that they can be executed against the apps ported to the improved UI APIs.

Acceptance criteria:

• All UI tests run and pass on Resurface UI.

Notes:

• ~150 UI tests for CE

• some implications might be caused by the UI backend changes as well
• we can already start doing that - at the moment UI tests are in unfortunate state, running over the M5 UI so porting them to the current state of admincentral is already a good idea
• when UI changes - it’ll be minor adaptations of the tests then (e.g. table changes to the Grid -> we’d need to changes the locators that find the table on the screen, but that is really minor thing)
