A partner has reported some issues that would be nice to include in our documentation. He commented some of them on Google Sitemap app and in support ticket SUPPORT-7452

Here you have the possible notes we can include on the documentation:

• There is a note in pages that says:

The hideIngoogleSiteMap property is stored in the page itself. This means you need to activate the page. Publishing the sitemap only is not enough.

Same text applies for VirtualUriMappings

The hideIngoogleSiteMap property is stored in the configuration itself. This means you need to activate the virtualUri in configuration. Publishing the sitemap only is not enough.

• VirtualURIMappings and Anonymous role

anonymous role by default doesn´t have grants to config workspace. If virtualUris needs to be included in sitemap, it is needed to include 'only read' grants to virtualUris in config workspace

• Generated URLs

In community edition, URLs generated by sitemap app ignores site definition.
