Update SpaceJumpMacro(s) in the plugin in confluence-magnolia-tools-plugin

• It must contain 5.6 too
• Lets change the dropdown labels
  • Use Magnolia 5.5 instead of CORE 5.5

Render only those entries of the dropdown for pages which can be visited by the current user (ideally this option can be chosen via macro parameter)
