If only a Live environment is made available to the cloud customer, they need to know how to:

• install the snapshot directly to Live - add a note to https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS56/Installing+a+snapshot (at least, check cockpit page and elsewhere)
• restore from a backup (wizard changes)
