Root cause
We must emphasize the node structure - which is different for CE vs. EE
Besides that it is a very relevant use case. Where newbs may start with the travel-demo, at some point the must most probably want their own site def. - with EE or CE.
For Multisite we actually have not too bad docs with How to use Multisite.
Now let's have something for just one simple site def. (for CE, EE).

We have a prospect, who's using the CE version.
He was trying to set a site definition by reading the documentation. But it seems that all the doc is describing how to do for the Enterprise version only.

for both CE and EE version
- mention the different node structure for with/without multisite
- explain usage of site app
- provide a super simple example which works for both (so needs variants, kind of)
