Change outdated app navigation instructions

      With 6.0, apps are no longer the first thing you see nor grouped into tools, web dev and dev. This affects navigation instructions in the doc. 

      Task:

      Search for:

      • Tools >
      • Web dev > 
      • Dev >

      Replace with Find Bar "open app" command or app launcher tile blurb on a case by case basis.
