I would like to make more clear that the support tickets should be opened in the support project (there are a lot of support tickets created outside of the support project and we have to move them to the project itself when we discover them).
There is a direct link to select the Support project directly when creating a ticket in JIRA: https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/secure/CreateIssue%21default.jspa?pid=10210
I think it might be useful to use this link instead of the general one.
