A customer looking at https://docs.magnolia-cms.com/product-docs/Authoring/Managing-assets.html#_supported_file_formats_for_preview_generation believed the excluding part under Image formats to refer also to the Video formats and Audio formats, when it really only refers to the Image formats.  This caused her to believe we do not support mp4 format.
