Development 1: was losing track of all the places the docu 6.3 branch had been changed

Fix 1: update this page with links to the 6.3 docu preview site. As time goes on, start to notice where changes are occurring and planning upcoming docu under this epic rather than reacting to changes.

Development 2: Rabie reached out to me about creating a Norsu SDK. Initial draft here (the overview simply summarises Sasha's intro presentation).

Fix 2: Move the initial draft into the embedded norsu docs folder and extend and complete the SDK (tickets as below as subtasks for the time-being)
