Please, emphasize that reporting issues via email (cloud-helpdesk@magnolia-cms.com) should be used only in emergency cases.
Create an issue directly or send an email to cloud-helpdesk@magnolia-cms.com.
Normally, customers/partners should use their already existing LDAP accounts to log in to the HD portal (mgnl.io/cloud-helpdesk) and create the ticket there.
