Please also mention the property magnolia.resources.dir, how to set it and and a quick not for what it is.

Since we have mgnl jumpstart we also should mention this option - which is quicker and more handy (if you already have Magnolia CLI).

I also would like to reuse this page "Installing Magnolia" on the NOW space.
To start with - i recommend doing the update on DOCS - from which i will reuse it in NOW.
