Create a page describing:

1. How to install the travel demo on EE and CE bundles.
2. List modules that are affected or bootstrap content, i.e. what are the effects of not having demo installed on the current documentation. Update affected pages.

#1 should be easy includable. Probably even prepare an includable for CE only, and other one for all the modules (EE).

For #2 - there is no reason to make it includable.

Use excerpt-* macros (instead of a complete includable page).
