Steps to reproduce

1.  Making some malformed requests to /.rest/ecommerce/ endpoint from browser stop responding - they are just 'pending'.

1. System continue working, just report or log the malformed requests

.. Justify non-trivial expectations with a link to a doc or a relevant discussion.

Workaround

1. The way to unblock it is to make change on ecommerce config yaml file in Resources app so that whole plugin reloads
