While creating Batch user needs to add below details:

• Due Date
• Instructions
• Notes

Same details user needs to fill again when user choose to add desire page in existing Batch, which sometimes might be different than details entered while creating that Batch.

Expected:

If user choose to add that page in existing batch then below:

• Due Date
• Instructions
• Notes

Should not be display.
