We would check when sending the submission is there is already a submission in global link, if that is the case we will upload the new documents to that global link submission, that will return a docticketid that we will use to check to retrieve the translated condiment, then the in import extension command we need to check that all the documents from that global link submission have been imported before sending the confirmation that the translation is finished.
