Add instant translate on dialog level

Could you add a translate button inside the dialog next to the language switcher?
1. Editor opens the dialog.
2. Editor inserts content in the default language.
3. Editor clicks on a new `Translate` button next to the language switcher.
4. Module gets the translations for the rest of the languages and fills the input fields with them.
5. Editor can quickly check if the translations are ok.
6. Editor saves the dialog, saving the translation.
